Instructions

ECPD 2023 will be a conference with physical presence. All the oral presentations will be presented in room “Megas Alexandros”.

Speaker’s Instructions

The scientific program will follow a given time schedule and all oral communications should not exceed the limit specified below:

Keynote Lectures 45 min including discussion 

Invited Lectures 30 min including discussion 

Oral Lectures  20 min including discussion 

Speakers are encouraged to load their presentation in the ECPD 2023 computer which will be available in the Megas Alexandros room. The accepted presentation formats are Powerpoint or PDF. In order to avoid delays and compatibility problems, you must load and test your presentation, the latest, in the break before your presentation session.

There will be always a member of the support team there, at least twenty minutes before the start of the presentations, in order to help you.

Poster Presentation

There are three poster session presentations. All posters must have been pinned on the designated board for the duration of their presentation.

The poster board dimensions are:

1.00m x 1.00m with actual display area of 94cm height x 80cm width.

Blu-Tac & scotch tape will be provided at the secretariat desk for poster display.

Poster Sessions

Poster Session 1 – Monday 24 April, 14:40-15:40

Poster Session 2 – Tuesday 25 April, 14:40-15:40

Poster Session 3 – Thursday 27 April, 14:40-15:40

Language

The official conference language is English.
